CHANGELOG
What's new in PHNTM Exec
Every change worth knowing about, dated. I’m user zero: I use PHNTM Exec on my own week, and this is what changed in it.

Ask for a write-up in session, get the file after
Ask for a brief, a report or a session memo while you talk and PHNTM drafts it once the session is saved, built from the transcript, the task and your plan. On the review page you can edit it, download it as Markdown or copy it, and if you run your own automation agents you can register them under Settings → Agents and send the file straight to one. Every file stays with its session under History and with its task on the dashboard.
Objectives, milestones and the plan band
The daily / weekly / strategic task levels are retired; what a task is now follows from its structure: your plan is the objective, its milestones sit under it, and steps sit under the task they belong to. During a session a plan band above the board shows the next milestone, how many are done and which are late, the dashboard marks the objective and its milestones with a chip, and the calendar tints milestone dates.
The session ends with a recap, and waits for your answer
When you say you’re wrapping up, PHNTM reads back every commitment from the session with its deadline and first step where you gave one, names anything left open, and asks one question: did I miss anything? The session stays open for your answer. A short “no, that’s it” ends it; anything else cancels the close and the conversation carries on.
Run the board by voice
During a session you can add a task, add a step under it, mark it done, undo that, drop it, rename it or move its deadline, and the board on screen follows as you speak; steps show inside their parent task there and on the dashboard. New commitments also record a first step, kept only when it comes from your own words, shown in the recap and editable in the commitment detail. Nothing you drop is deleted: it’s set aside, and Keep it on the review page brings it back.
Your plan is in the room
PHNTM now opens a session with a short ranked agenda — what’s late, what’s due this week, at most one “still on?” check — and keeps your plan and its milestones in front of it for the whole session. Revising the plan happens in a session you start from the Plan page with Revamp in session: each revision is versioned instead of overwriting the last, and the Plan page shows a What changed ledger with the reasons and your own words. Milestone progress on the dashboard now follows the tasks you actually complete, and plan drafting reads your whole session transcript instead of the first part of it.
The review page shows its evidence
No task is set aside on a hunch any more: a “done” or “set aside” verdict after a session has to be backed by something you actually said, and when it isn’t, nothing happens to the task. What PHNTM merely suspects is stale now appears on the review page as a “Possibly stale — Drop?” suggestion for you to decide, with Keep it one click away, and the recap lists anything set aside as its own row. Deadlines are now calendar days in your own timezone, so “by Friday” means your Friday and a task due today no longer reads as overdue in the evening.
Task Board v2: one commitment, one card
Every new task now passes through a consolidation step that compares it by meaning, not just wording, with what’s already on the board, and merges or attaches it instead of creating a near-duplicate. Plans reach the board as one objective with only the milestones you actually discussed underneath, and the dashboard groups steps under their parent with a done/total count. The post-session page is now a read-only recap — a bullet summary, what you completed, your new commitments — with a single Save session button, and if you close the tab without saving, the session’s task changes are applied for you instead of being lost.
Text PHNTM between sessions
Add your number during onboarding or under Settings → Text messaging, send the first text, and the same chief of staff is in your iMessage thread with your plan, tasks and memory in hand; it also sends a Monday rundown, a nudge when something is due today, and a word when you close something out. Anything you ask for by text is staged rather than changed, then confirmed on your next session, where it appears under From your texts. Texting is open on every plan, including the free one.
A more careful agent in session
PHNTM no longer comments on the task list it’s handed during a session, and it only marks something done when you actually said it was done, with your words as the evidence. One topic no longer turns into three tasks: closely related titles are recognized as the same item, and a change to an existing task is filed as an update rather than a new sibling. And when a commitment has no path yet, PHNTM works out the how with you — a few options over a few turns, converging on a next step — instead of only asking whether you’ll do it.
The recap email is the whole debrief
The email after each session used to be a few paragraphs and two bullet lists. It now carries the same debrief as the review page, in the same order: the verdict, the engagement dimensions when the session was scored, the decisions with their reasoning, what changed on the board with the commitment titles spelled out, and your docket for next time. It reads correctly in dark mode too, and the overdue count in the “Your week with PHNTM” email is now derived from deadlines, so it’s no longer stuck at zero.
A new dashboard, and dark mode
The dashboard is now a single-column operating review: a verdict up top, your trajectory by mode, the numbers, plan progress, the docket for your next session and a ledger of commitments with their age, every figure derived from your own task history. Calendar, History, Plan and Settings were recomposed in the same document style, and Settings gained an Appearance control: Light, Dark or Match system. First-run surfaces were rebuilt too — a slide-by-slide first briefing at signup, a cover page before your first session, and a debrief after it.
Post-session fixes: duplicates gone, board kept current
Three things from live sessions that needed fixing: the same task change no longer shows up several times on the review page, two tasks are no longer created from one thing you said, and the task list PHNTM works from mid-session is rebuilt every turn, so “what’s left?” gets a current answer. After you save, the review page lists exactly what changed — created, completed, archived, merged as duplicate — so an accepted task can no longer silently vanish.
Memory, rebuilt
PHNTM’s long-term memory now runs on an engine we built: after every session the decisions, commitments, notes and durable facts about your business and the people in it are stored, and at the start of the next session the ones most relevant to it are brought back in, along with the people you’ve mentioned. On the session screen, the live transcript is now a rolling three-line window instead of a single truncated line.
PHNTM Exec is live
Start a voice session from your browser and PHNTM runs it knowing your business: it drafts your plan from the intake session, puts your commitments on the board as you say them, scores your follow-through after each session and emails you a recap. Paid plans are open, with checkout and a billing portal under Settings, and the Terms, Privacy Policy and the Beta, AI & Recording Addendum are published.
