This page is a plain-language summary. The full, controlling terms — including recording consent, your rights, and data deletion — live in our Beta Participation Agreement. If anything here conflicts with that document, the Beta Participation Agreement governs.

What we collect

Email address and name
Voice audio and transcripts from your sessions
Business and financial profile information you share
Tasks, plans, and notes generated from your sessions

Who we share it with

We use a small set of sub-processors strictly to run the service. Each receives only what it needs:

RetellVoice infrastructure (audio + transcripts).
AnthropicAI conversation and analysis (transcripts + context).
OpenAIFeedback-audio transcription only.
SendGridEmail delivery.
SupabaseDatabase, storage, and authentication.

How long we keep it

During the beta there is no automated retention or expiry. We keep your data until you ask us to delete it. Deletion is handled manually in response to an email request.

Deleting your data

Email a request to TODO(legal): support email and we will delete your account and associated data, and ask our sub-processors to delete what they hold per their terms. See Section 6 of the Beta Participation Agreement for details.
